General conditions
Kezobi applies a flat shipping rate of AED18 for the delivery in the UAE.
All the products in stock will be delivered within 2-3 working days by ARAMEX.
The products upon special order will be delivered between 15 - 20 business days.
In case of delay with the delivery due to any reason, you will be notified by email.
Kezobi is not responsible for any delay due to our delivery company.
Any shipments and delivery dates mentioned above are estimates only.
Delivery address
Kezobi delivers only in the UAE. Our delivery company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that some areas fall under non-delivery section (standard non delivery as applicable to all logistics companies). If your order delivery falls in to such areas we will contact you.

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas.
As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi office for the consignee’s collection between 0730-1930 hrs.
